Majority of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority service which will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days in continental United States.

usa1inkjets.com offers Standard 2 to 5 business days shipping. usa1inkjets.com staff are doing their best in order to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Pacific time on the same day. usa1inkjets.com currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please note when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States cannot ship "standard" ground service and/or may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.

In order to keep our cost low or ensure delivery of your product we may ship orders via USPS first class or UPS ground. These non Priority packages are delivered within 3-7 business days (do not include Saturday & Sunday) after the order is placed.

If you have waited more than 7 business days for your order to arrive, please contact our customer service department and ask them to track the order for you.
